"class Not Registered" Error When Opening Recordset Using Vb6

I started getting this problem recently. Don't know how it started but I know I disabled some windows services that startup, and deleted some odbc, probably a mysql odbc data sourc

Are you running Windows 7 SP1? Microsoft caused that problem with some changes. See the following article.
